Money management used by Tennis ProfitThere are many different money management methods that punters all over the world use in an effort to maximize their income from sports betting. This document was made to explain Tennis Profit style of betting in a more detailed way. For evaluating how good the tip is in our eyes, we use "confidence" and "stake" indicators. Confidence shows how the tip is worth betting, presented on our 1 to 10 rating scale, while stake reflects the exact amount of units we bet from our capital. Stake is determined by confidence level.Choosing your money management method is one of the prime tasks you have to solve. TennisProfit.com use what we call "percentage staking" and to achieve results we do, you should follow our way. With our staking, one unit represents 0.7 % of the current bankroll. Our average bets are 4 - 6 units in confidence. We use lower stakes for bets that are more risky, but they represent value. Higher bets, especially those with 9 - 10 units, are considered by us to be more safe bets. The maximum stake for one match (10 units) represents 7 % of our bankroll, but this happens in very rare cases. Now let's explain why we prefer "percentage staking" over level stakes. We will show you the difference between percentage staking and staking with the same amoun tper one unit all the time. In both cases, let's say we have starting balance of 1000 units. If we use 10 bets with the same odds, all of them medium bet (5/10), it means starting bet 35 units (5 * 0.7 % of bankroll). After ten successful bets, all of them winning, our bankroll using "percentage staking" is 1410.6 euros, and 5/10 bet increases its staking at 47.7 euros. Should we use level staking (the same stakes every time), we would get to 1350 units while still betting 35 units at every bet. As you can see, there is quite a difference in profit. The more bets we win, the bigger difference gets. On the other hand, after ten bets losing in a row, we still have 700 units and the stake after 10 bets is lowered to 25.34 units. The stake is dropping after every bet, so we minimalise the risk of bankruptcy. In fact it's very unlikely that we lose our money, since with every losing bet we are going to decrease our staking. After all, percentage staking is about getting more if winning streak occurs, and losing less if we meet losing run.
